Members of the Midwest Row Crop Collaborative addressed the EPA’s Hypoxia Task Force during its December 2016 meeting in New Orleans. EDF’s Jenny Ahlen and the Keystone Policy Center’s Sarah Alexander discussed the Collaborative’s work and its cooperative, multifaceted strategy to improving soil health and water quality in the Upper Mississippi River Basin.
